1. Purpose and scope of application

The OWNER expressly informs and guarantees the USER that their personal data will not under any circumstances be ceded to third party companies, without the express prior, informed and unequivocal consent on the part of the USER.
8. IP Addresses
The servers of this WEBSITE will be able to automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the USER. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the internet. Said information may be registered on the server's duly inscribed activity file which allows for the subsequent processing of the data for the purposes of obtaining statistical measurements that allow us to establish the number of page hits, number of visits to the web services, the order of visits, point of access, etc.

10. Sending unsolicited emails (SPAM)
The OWNER is absolutely against the practice of Spamming and never undertakes this type of behaviour. The OWNER only sends this information to the electronic mail addresses facilitated by registered users and who, therefore, have accepted the Privacy Policy.
